The intersection of statistics and sports has long been a passion for me. As a kid, I would pour over the yearly media guides for the Baltimore Orioles, I've read the ESPN Encyclopedia of College Football cover-to-cover at least 5 times, and I often say there isn't a sport in the world I don't have at least one fun fact about.
